Get ready to sweat it out in the great outdoors this February in Mandurah. Our laid-back fitness classes are back, running from February 6 to February 27, and trust us, you won't want to miss them. We'll be meeting at Keith Holmes Reserve, where you can stretch, squat, and maybe even smile a little while admiring the local scenery—because who wouldn't enjoy working out while surrounded by nature?
These classes are open to everyone, whether you're a fitness fanatic or someone who hasn't seen the inside of a gym since, well, ever. Exercising outdoors is not just good for your biceps; it's good for your brain too. It can lift your mood and reduce stress—so basically, it's like therapy, but with more sweat and less talking. Plus, it won't cost you a thing to join in on the action. So come on down, breathe in that fresh air, and let's make those morning workouts a thing of beauty, shall we?
