Get ready for a morning of munching at Junior Kitchen, where kids aged 8 to 12 can channel their inner chef while learning about the basics of healthy eating. Forget boring lectures—this workshop serves up a mix of fun activities and hands-on cooking. Little ones will roll up their sleeves, don their imaginary aprons, and dive into preparing a bunch of tasty, nutritious dishes they can show off (and share) for lunch.

And let's not forget the bonus round: fun nutrition education challenges. It's like a cooking competition without the pressure—just pure kitchen joy. So, if your child is ready to whip up some culinary wonders, mark the calendar for January 20, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre. Just a heads up, though—bookings are a must because we can't have every kid in the neighbourhood showing up to raid the kitchen.
