Every Wednesday, we've enlisted our top-tier personal trainers to put kids aged 8 to 13 through a whirlwind of energetic fun. Picture this: battle ropes flying, agility ladders getting a workout (who knew they could be so snooty), and medicine balls bouncing around like they're auditioning for a game show. It's all about building up strength and coordination while your little ones have a blast and maybe even let out a few giggles as they sweat it out.

Cost? Just $11.20 per session – a steal for the amount of energy they'll expend. Plus, it's a pretty decent excuse to get them off the couch and away from their screens. Sessions run on July 9 and July 16, with two slots available each day. At the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre, you'll find an atmosphere that's just as encouraging as it is active. So, whether your child is a budding athlete or simply curious about tossing around some equipment, they're in for a good time. Just remember to pay at the MARC reception before they dive into the action.
