Get ready to turn up the heat and celebrate Australia Day in style with a BBQ that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. We're firing up the grill for a feast that's guaranteed to bring folks together as we reflect and have a good chinwag about what it means to be Aussie. So grab your mates, bring your appetite, and let's soak in some summer vibes at this not-so-secret shindig.

On the menu, we've got a glorious assortment of classic Aussie delights — think succulent lamb rissoles, mouthwatering chicken wings, and juicy beef sausages that could probably win a hotdog eating contest. And of course, no BBQ is complete without a colourful spread of fresh salads to pretend we're being healthy. To wrap things up in style, we'll have a pavlova so good it might just steal the show — I mean, who can resist a cloud of meringue topped with fresh fruit? It's like a fruit party on a fluffy dream. Members can join for $15, while non-members will fare at $20. Mark the calendar for Friday, 24 January 2025, from noon 'til 2 PM, right at the Mandurah Seniors and Community Centre.
