Adventures in Art is a delightful series of workshops designed for kids aged 5 to 15 who are ready to unleash their inner Picassos or at least their inner kindergartners with crayons. Local Mandurah legends Sarah Petrich and Candice Sawyer are set to lead these artistic escapades, where kids can develop their skills while having a blast. Who says learning can't be fun?

In Workshop 2, the Doodle Art Workshop, kiddos will dive into a creative wonderland where their freehand doodles take on a life of their own. It's all about turning those quirky little sketches into masterpieces that show off their unique flair. For just $7, you can give your budding artist a chance to express themselves – and remember, that fee is non-refundable. So, if they bail on you, you'll be the one left with deep artistic regret. Mark your calendars for Saturday, 24 May 2025, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Lakelands Library and Community Centre, where imagination knows no bounds.
